Nancy L. Hendrickson is a partner in the Chicago office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Litigation group.

Ms. Hendrickson concentrates her practice in financial services litigation and arbitration, regularly appearing in state and federal courts throughout the United States and in arbitration proceedings before the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Her experience includes prosecuting and defending complex securities fraud, antitrust, and fraudulent conveyance cases; handling matters involving margin, liquidation, and market manipulation issues; and dealing with customer complaints alleging churning, unauthorized trading, or suitability claims.

In the employment context, Ms. Hendrickson has handled wrongful/retaliatory discharge claims, deferred and other compensation-related disputes, and injunction hearings involving non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements.

In addition, Ms. Hendrickson has been involved in prosecuting several employee raiding cases resulting in multimillion-dollar awards, as well as in successfully defending such cases.
