Elissa L. Isaacs is a partner in the Chicago office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Litigation group. Ms. Isaacs focuses on commercial litigation, with particular experience in insurance, reinsurance, and securities litigation and arbitration.
Her practice includes cases throughout the United States and abroad, including London. She appears in state and federal courts throughout the United States, and in arbitration proceedings before the New York Stock Exchange, the National Association of Securities Dealers, and in London. Her experience includes prosecuting and defending complex securities fraud, insurance, and reinsurance cases.
