P. David Bramble is an attorney in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the Corporate, Securities and Finance practice group. He handles a wide spectrum of commercial transactions with a strong focus on workouts and corporate and real estate deals.

Commercial Real Estate
Mr. Bramble’s real estate experience includes sales, purchases, development, financing and leasing, as well as real estate related workouts both in and out of bankruptcy in multiple jurisdictions with multiple product types (e.g., hospitality, multi-family, retail, office, raw land, etc.).

Workouts
Mr. Bramble has handled workouts both in and out of bankruptcy for all types of commercial transactions in multiple industry sectors.  Mr. Bramble’s workout experience includes, inter alia, real estate, commercial contracts, conduit loans, insurance and insurance related financial products and partnerships.

Corporate
Mr. Bramble’s corporate transactional experience includes work in stock and asset purchase transactions, corporate governance as well as state and federal securities law compliance issues.
