Kassim is a partner in the London office of Steptoe & Johnson and is a member of the Tax group.

Kassim advises UK and international clients in relation to the taxation of business and investment activities. He has experience with structuring the tax-efficient acquisition, ownership and disposal of shares, securities and real estate; the interpretation of double taxation treaties; and the application of transfer pricing rules. He advises a number of UK-, European- and Asian-based businesses as well as US-based multinationals.
