Robert G. Vaught is an associate in the Phoenix office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on labor and employment law.

Employment Litigation and Counseling
Mr. Vaught’s employment practice includes representing employers in Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, ADA wrongful discharge and breach of contract claims in state and federal court. He also counsels employers regarding a variety of employment matters including restrictive covenants, hiring, discipline, termination and complaint investigation.
