Mindy K. Brinker is an associate in the Phoenix office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Commercial Litigation group.  Ms. Brinker focuses her practice on commercial litigation, complex litigation, environmental litigation, and toxic tort litigation. Prior to joining Steptoe, Ms. Brinker was a litigator at a prominent Arizona boutique law firm representing clients in complex environmental litigation as well as a variety of other civil litigation.  She has successfully tried cases in Arizona courts and represented clients through all aspects of the litigation process, including appeals.
