Christian A. Jordan is an associate in the Century City office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on:
- Commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud claims;
- Class action defense, corporate disputes, and director and officer liability;
- Labor and employment litigation including ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation, discrimination, wrongful termination and union disputes;
Mr. Jordan also devotes a portion of his practice to mergers and acquisitions.
Noteworthy & Success Stories
- As a 2003 Legal Fellow for the United States Senate Finance Committee, Mr. Jordan assisted Finance Committee counsel in conducting white-collar criminal investigations related to securities fraud and accounting fraud.
