Neena Sarada Fuchs is an associate in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Corporate, Securities, and Finance practice group. Ms. Fuchs has worked on a wide variety of transactional documents, including asset and share purchase agreements, lease agreements, partnership agreements, loan agreements, guaranty agreements, sales contracts, and services contracts. Ms. Fuchs also has experience in preparing corporate documents such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, minutes, and resolutions and has performed research on corporate issues and state corporate laws.
