Asli Everett is an associate in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Intellectual Property group.  Ms. Everett's practice includes litigation counseling regarding intellectual property matters.

Ms. Everett concentrates on patent litigation, representing high-tech companies in the telecommunications, video, optical devices, liquid crystal displays, and software industries.  Ms. Everett is experienced in all phases of litigation and client counseling, with an extensive background in assessing damages in patent cases. 

Prior to joining Steptoe, Ms. Everett practiced law at a prominent law firm, where her work included intellectual property litigation and licensing. 

Ms. Everett has also worked in finance as a project finance analyst in the energy and financial services industries for several years.
