Doug Janicik is an associate in the Phoenix office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he practices in the area of appellate advocacy in federal and state courts across the nation. He also works with trial counsel on major motion practice and trials in anticipation of appeal, including class certification proceedings, jury instructions, and post-trial motions.
