Christopher J. Marino is an associate in the New York office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the Litigation Department. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of litigation, in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Mr. Marino served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ariel A. RodrÃguez, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and as an associate at a major New Jersey law firm, where his work focused on white collar criminal defense, business regulatory matters, and related civil litigation. Mr. Marino has participated in internal investigations of corporations relating to allegations of officer and director fraud. In addition, Mr. Marino has participated in the successful prosecution of trademark infringement and gray market actions on behalf of the North American licensee of a world famous Swiss watchmaker.
