Paul D. Lall is of counsel in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the Intellectual Property group.
Mr. Lall’s experience includes litigation in federal courts of patent matters related to computer science, telecommunications, and consumer products. Mr. Lall has also represented Fortune 500 and large foreign companies in complex civil litigations involving antitrust and securities laws, as well as contractual disputes related to corporate acquisitions.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Mr. Lall served as a trial attorney in the Environmental Division of the US Department of Justice and practiced law for several years at a prominent New York law firm.
