Joe is a partner in the London office and a member of the Corporate, Securities and Finance group. His practice includes funds & private equity, corporate (including mergers & acquisitions), and banking & corporate finance.
Joe has over 15 years of experience working in the emerging markets and particularly Africa. He has represented a number of leading international financial institutions (including banks, and development finance institutions), private equity and other funds, corporations and government agencies, on a wide variety of cross border equity and finance investment transactions throughout the emerging markets, including major acquisitions, funds, joint ventures, and various infrastructure projects.
