Alexis L. Pheiffer is an associate in the Phoenix office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Litigation Department. Her practice will focus on labor and employment law.
Ms. Pheiffer’s employment practice includes an emphasis on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour litigation as well as employer counseling. Ms. Pheiffer represents employers in employment litigation in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
Ms. Pheiffer’s labor practice includes client representation before the National Labor Relations Board as well as litigation of labor-based RICO claims.
