Lynn R. Levitan is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on product liability litigation and toxic tort defense.
Ms. Levitan brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of product liability and toxic tort. She has extensive experience supervising and managing large dockets of toxic tort/asbestos, welding fume, pharmaceutical and medical device cases. Her litigation experience includes overseeing the removal of 150 State Court cases to Federal Court in a 2 month period for Fortune 500 companies; preparing and deposing expert witnesses; substantial motion practice; handling of employment, general liability, business, and construction, eminent domain, consumer warranty and employment/labor litigation cases.
Ms. Levtian is licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts in California, Texas, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
