Isaac P. Hernández is an associate in the Phoenix office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the Litigation Department. His focus is on labor and employment law.

Mr. Hernández has counseled and represented employers in various labor related matters including, union avoidance training, organizing campaigns, negotiations, arbitrations, and unfair labor practice charges. His employment experience includes counseling and representing employers faced with claims regarding wage and hour violations, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, discrimination, harassment and retaliation.

• Served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Frank R. Zapata, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and as an intern for the Department of Justice and the National Labor Relations Board.
