Michael is a solicitor in the London office of Steptoe & Johnson, where he is a member of the firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Group.
Prior to joining Steptoe & Johnson, Michael practiced as a solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team of a London City law firm.
Michael acts in insurance and reinsurance disputes and arbitrations. He has particular experience in professional indemnity and public liability insurance, acting for both underwriters and insureds on policy coverage, subrogated claims, and for insureds resisting claims against them. He also has experience in general commercial litigation, product liability claims, serious fraud and regulatory matters.
