Lynn M. Broderick is an associate in the Phoenix office of Steptoe and Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Litigation Department and Intellectual Property group.  Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, including environmental litigation, intellectual property, and general litigation.

Ms. Broderick's experience includes representation of Plaintiffs in a multi-party CERCLA cost recovery action.  She has also counseled clients on enforcement matters before the ADEQ.

Ms. Broderick has also served clients with a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trademark litigation, trade secret counseling, trademark and copyright prosecution, and conducting opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  Additionally, Ms. Broderick has drafted and filed actions to recover domain names before the World Intellectual Property Organization.
