Ed Gregory practices employee benefits law in Steptoe's downtown Los Angeles office. He represents public employee retirement systems and boards in class actions and other cases alleging breaches of fiduciary duty, challenging administrative decisions and policies, and seeking system enrollment for temporary workers, same-sex partners, and others. Mr. Gregory also defends private sector ERISA plans and fiduciaries and advises and represents employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, privacy, whistleblower, wage & hour and other California and federal employment law matters.
