Hayley Kondon is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Litigation Department. Ms. Kondon’s practice focuses primarily on labor and employment law matters.
Ms. Kondon has extensive experience representing clients in discrimination, wrongful termination, and other employment-related lawsuits. She is skilled at writing and reviewing contracts, employment applications, and settlement agreements. Additionally, Ms. Kondon also advises and counsels clients on day-to-day employment law matters, including human resources strategy, litigation avoidance, personnel policies, and handbooks.
