Yvonne Park is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Tax group and the Litigation Department. She focuses on ERISA Title I and employee benefits tax issues.
From 1994 to 1997, Ms. Park worked for the US Department of Labor, Pension, and Welfare Benefits Administration. Her experience there included, among other things, investigations of financial institutions and investments in derivatives products.
Ms. Park represents clients on a wide range of matters before the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service. She also drafts and reviews pension, health, and welfare plans for compliance with federal tax law and ERISA.
