Overview
Zachary Schreiber's practice focuses on a wide-range of complex commercial litigation, including class action defense, as well as professional liability matters. He is well-versed in electronic discovery, has handled fact development and analysis in highly complex matters, and has conducted direct and cross examinations of witnesses. Zachary has particular experience with arbitration proceedings and handling class actions involving data breach and data privacy issues, including claims brought under Illinois' Biometric Information Privacy Act.
Zachary is active in Steptoe's pro bono practice.
