June 13, 2007Michael Baratz and Thomas Rohner co-authored an article "Collecting Evidence in the U.S.," published in Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ), a leading daily newspaper in Switzerland. The article discusses how litigants involved in foreign proceedings can obtain discovery in the United States for use in that proceeding under 28 U.S.C. 1782.
