Simpson and Sazaklidou Quoted in Competition Law 360 on Private Damages Actions

Craig Simpson and Zoi Sazaklidou are quoted in an article concerning the European Commission's White Paper on Damages Actions for breach of EC antitrust rules which appeared in the June 30, 2008 edition of Competition Law 360. The article, entitled '4 Hurdles That Will Deter Private EU Antitrust Actions', focuses on perceived deterrents to the bringing of private competition law infringement claims (such as the continued prohibition of both contingency fees and punitive damages awards) which remain unaffected by the Commission's White Paper proposals'.
