UK's anti-corruption procedures advance

The first successful UK criminal prosecution for overseas corruption of a corporation, Mabey & Johnson LTD, a UK-based supplier of modular bridges, was profiled in the Insurance Day article “UK’s anti-corruption procedures advance”.  David Lorello reported that Mabey & Johnson LTD had disclosed the Ghana and Jamaican corruption offences voluntarily to the UK’s Serious Fraud Office, in connection with an internal investigation.  To view the article, please see the attached PDF.
