Doug Kantor Testified to the US House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary

Doug Kantor testified to the US House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary on behalf of Steptoe client the Merchants Payment Coalition on April 28, 2010. Mr. Kantor's testimony supported the Credit Card Fair Fee Act (HR 2695), which addresses unfair swipe fees currently in place by the major credit card companies and their bank members.
