OECD Seeks Comments for Developing Country Transfer Pricing Toolkit: The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) announced that the Platform for Collaboration on Tax – a joint initiative of the International Monetary Fund, OECD, United Nations and World Bank Group – is seeking public comment on a draft toolkit that the Platform developed. The toolkit is intended to address the ways developing countries can overcome a lack of data on comparables for transfer pricing analyses. Comments should be submitted by February 21.
