Overview

欧盟海关执法措施无论从关税征收（特别是反倾销税）还是非关税合规要求方面都日益影响到中国对欧出口业务。中国出口企业迫切需要了解欧盟海关规则和程序，以及欧盟和成员国层面不同的执法机关如何实施这些规则。鲍咏庆律师在2018年11月与中国机电产品进出口商会合办的网上讲座中梳理了欧盟海关法律和执法的架构，深入介绍了有关规避和海关欺诈、电子商务、合规要求以及双反调查后海关执行和调查程序等议题，同时分析了光伏组件、纺织品和电动自行车等现实案例。
