Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders Lawyers Affinity Group
The Asian Lawyers affinity group facilitates relationship-building among lawyers with shared interests and backgrounds in Asian cultures. The group's objectives are to create opportunities for Asian lawyers at the firm to connect with one another, to share experiences, and to foster mentoring, learning, and development opportunities. The group also supports the firm's business goals in Asia.
Black Lawyers Affinity Group
The Black Lawyers affinity group works to grow and develop a broader network of relationships within the firm through events aimed at sharing issues concerning Black lawyers. The group also works to inspire positive, powerful, and perpetual change at Steptoe, in the legal profession, and in the world for Black lawyers by creating and improving relationships with firm, legal, business, and government leaders, and by securing leadership positions at Steptoe and in key organizations.
CAMENA Lawyers Affinity Group
CAMENA Lawyers affinity group promotes inclusivity of those who identify with Central Asian, Middle Eastern and North African heritage. Our CAMENA group works to build professional networks, organizes educational opportunities, and supports professional development among lawyers with shared interests.
Latin American Lawyers Affinity Group
Our Latin American Lawyers affinity group works to promote networking, mentorship, and educational opportunities for lawyers with shared interests and backgrounds in the Hispanic/Latino community. The Latin American Lawyers affinity group meets regularly to discuss issues concerning the Hispanic legal community, plan public service and awareness events, and assist Steptoe's efforts to foster a diverse and vibrant culture.
Pride Affinity Group
Pride, Steptoe's affinity group for LGBTQ+ members and allies, supports equality and inclusion in the communities where we live and work.
The Women's Forum
Steptoe’s women lawyers have been full and active participants in the development of this productive workplace community, and the firm has established a variety of programs to cultivate the unique perspectives of its women lawyers and managing directors.
