Alexandrea's practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense and internal investigations. She represents individuals and companies in various stages of corporate and criminal investigations, including matters related to fraud, price-fixing, and false claims. Alexandrea is active in Steptoe's pro bono practice and represented a death row inmate in post-conviction proceedings.
During law school, Alexandrea worked in the Community Justice Project: Health Justice Alliance clinic, where she represented individual clients in various legal matters, including housing disputes, Social Security benefits, and Medicaid. In addition, she represented a community-based organization and co-authored a report titled "Reclaiming the Right to Live: Reducing HIV/AIDS Disparities for LGB/Trans People of Color."
