He recently managed a partnership dispute between co-founders of a drone startup company valued at over $20 million, including taking depositions, communicating with opposing counsel, obtaining discovery from third-parties, and drafting motions.
In other matters, he recently advised Los Angeles County on distribution of informational materials relating to ballot measures and compliance with the regulations of the Fair Political Practices Commission and California constitution.
