Overview
Evan Goldstick maintains a broad-based commercial litigation practice, representing public and private companies in state and federal courts. His diverse experience includes antitrust and securities matters, as well as civil class actions. Evan has also handled white collar criminal defense work and internal investigations. In his active pro bono practice, he has previously represented a successful habeas corpus petitioner and tenants in a housing action.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Evan clerked for the Hon. Katharine H. Parker, United States District Court, S.D.N.Y. While in law school, Evan also served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Vincent L. Briccetti, United States District Court, S.D.N.Y. and the Hon. Jenny Rivera, New York Court of Appeals.
