Tom Jackson advises clients on compliance issues arising under anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, including the UK Bribery Act and US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and related transnational anti-bribery regimes and anti-money laundering laws. He helps clients conduct anti-corruption risk assessments, deliver compliance training, carry out transactional compliance due diligence, and design, implement, and monitor global compliance programs.
Tom has significant experience in assisting clients with internal and government investigations involving allegations of corruption, fraud, and money laundering, including investigations and actions brought by the UK and US enforcement authorities. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including the life sciences, technology, financial services, consumer goods, oil and gas, and construction sectors.
