Law360 quoted Roger Warin throughout an August 5 article titled “Five Tips to Avoid Employment Malpractice Suits.” The article discusses five ways employment lawyers can steer clear of a malpractice fight.
Mr. Warin says: “It’s not a commercial dispute for them. It’s a very personal, emotional dispute for them. And so if you get a settlement or go to trial and get a result that is less than they expected, you will frequently have second-guessing.”
