Law360 Names a Steptoe Matter a ‘Hospitality Case to Watch in 2015’

January 2, 2015

Law360 has named a case being handled by Steptoe New York partner Cecelia Fanelli as one of the “Hospitality Cases to Watch in 2015.”  In an article published on January 2, the editors summarize the most significant cases on the horizon in the coming year.  The list includes a matter in which 40 plaintiffs who own hotels in New York City are suing the New York Hotel and Motel Trades Council, AFL-CIO and Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc.,  asserting that the union and Interstate engaged in a conspiracy to monopolize the market for hotel management services and labor services in New York City in violation of the Sherman Act.  Ms. Fanelli represents Interstate in the matter.
