Securities Docket Again Names Philip Khinda to ‘Enforcement 40’ List

(October 27, 2017, Washington, DC) — Steptoe partner Philip Khinda has been named to the Securities Docket “Enforcement 40” list for the second time. He appeared on the inaugural list in 2013, the last time the Enforcement 40 list was compiled.

Described by the publication as a “list of the 40 best and brightest securities enforcement defense professionals in the industry,” the Enforcement 40 “honors 40 securities professionals who not only have the right stuff to handle bet-the-company matters, but are also the kind of defensive specialists critical to have on speed-dial should the SEC’s Division of Enforcement come calling.” The list was announced at the Securities Enforcement Forum 2017, held at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington on October 26.

Mr. Khinda is also a fellow in the American College of Governance Counsel, and has for several years been named to the Washington, DC Super Lawyers list for securities litigation.

The full list and coverage is available at Securities Docket.
