"Due Diligence & Legal Concerns," UCLA Anderson School of Management Mergers & Acquisitions Executive Education Program

Jeff Weiner returns as an instructor in the Mergers & Acquisitions program offered by the Executive Education Department of the UCLA Anderson School of Management.  The four-day immersion program is designed to provide executives with cutting-edge and immediately applicable strategies and tools for helping their companies maximize shareholder value going forward. Superior valuation techniques to determine the right price; optimal deal structures from financial, accounting, and tax standpoints; negotiation theory and practice; and successful mergers of corporate cultures are among the subjects covered during the program.  In his session, Due Diligence & Legal Concerns, Mr. Weiner will cover the legal aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, confidentiality agreements, letters of intent and acquisition agreements, and their inter-relationships. The executive education program will be held March 18-21, 2014 at the UCLA campus in Los Angeles, California.
