On March 22, 2012, Philip Khinda will speak at the ABA Spring Meeting in Las Vegas, NV.  Mr. Khinda will help lead a panel entitled "Internal Investigations from a Governance, Regulatory, and Enforcement Perspective."  The panelists will discuss the perspectives of corporate counsel, who often fields the issue initially; the lawyer conducting the investigation; and the lawyer presenting the investigation to the company's regulators, including the SEC, as a basis for averting or minimizing adverse regulatory and other action.  The panel is being sponsored by the ABA's Corporate Governance Committee, and Mr. Khinda serves as Chair of its Ethics and Investigations Subcommittee.
