Dianna Mullis focuses on advising executive and judicial branch nominees through all stages of the appointment and confirmation process.  Her experience includes counseling individuals on the tax, financial, executive compensation, national security, and government ethics aspects of the process.  Ms. Mullis assists in negotiating the terms of financial disclosure, divestitures, waivers, and recusals.  She also provides support following an appointment or confirmation, including advice related to financial disclosure under the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act (STOCK Act), restrictions on activities and investments while in government service, and post-employment (“revolving door”) restrictions.

Ms. Mullis also focuses on taxation issues for both domestic and foreign clients.  She represents clients in tax controversy matters at the federal and state level, including the Internal Revenue Service administrative process and in litigation.
