Commercial Litigation
For the past seven years, Ms. Bradham has represented a major clinical pathology laboratory in dozens of contract disputes and in negotiations to enforce contract provisions, correct improper billing, and recoup overpayments.  Other significant commercial litigation matters include prosecuting a multimillion-dollar breach of contract claim on behalf of a pharmacy benefits administrator and successfully litigating a fee dispute on behalf of a law firm.

Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation
Ms. Bradham represents insurance companies in matters involving complex coverage and claim-handling decisions including fraud-related allegations, allegations of bad faith and breach of contract, and punitive damages claims.  She regularly advises insurance carriers in matters involving automobile, homeowners’, commercial, disability, and medical malpractice coverages.  Some recent matters include:

  • Secured a complete defense verdict as trial counsel following a two-week trial of a bad faith and breach of contract action, where plaintiffs sought more than $1 million in damages
  • Securing summary judgment on key claims in a builders’ risk insurance coverage dispute, where plaintiff alleged more than $200 million in damage
  • Securing summary judgment for a national commercial insurance carrier in a $45 million coverage and bad-faith dispute
  • Securing summary judgment on a multi-million dollar bad faith claim against a disability insurer
  • Securing summary judgment for a property and casualty carrier in a bad faith case seeking punitive damages based on alleged institutional claim handling practices
  • Serving as trial counsel in a seven-day jury trial in Arizona State Court for an insurance carrier in an institutional bad faith case

Pro Bono Service
Ms. Bradham has been committed to pro bono service throughout her career.  She has successfully secured asylum and other immigration relief for more than a dozen clients fleeing political persecution or harm in their home country.
