Francis “Frank” Sohn’s practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense and internal investigations. He has experience in matters involving individuals and entities in the healthcare, automotive, mortgage, and dietary supplement industries. Mr. Sohn has represented clients being investigated by a number of federal agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Labor (DOL), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

Mr. Sohn is currently part of a team defending a global automotive company in both criminal and compliance matters, as well as defense counsel for a popular workout supplements manufacturer in a case charging wire fraud, adulteration, misbranding, and money laundering.

Mr. Sohn also maintains an active pro bono practice. He regularly handles matters involving victims of domestic violence who seek orders of protection, and has also assisted in clemency petitions and death penalty matters. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sohn assisted Holocaust survivors in obtaining old-age pensions from the German government.
