Matthew Zuziak is an intellectual property lawyer who focuses his practice on patent litigation at the district court and appellate levels, including Hatch-Waxman litigation, opinions of counsel, due diligence, and post-grant proceedings, including inter partes reviews (IPRs). Mr. Zuziak has experience with a wide array of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, telecommunications, semiconductors, and computer software.

Representative Matters

  • Representing Rhodes Pharmaceuticals L.P. in a Hatch-Waxman patent litigation involving Aptensio XR®, a drug used to treat ADHD.
  • Representing American Axle & Manufacturing in a multi-patent infringement suit against one of its competitors involving automotive drive line noise and vibration technology.
  • Represented VTech in a patent infringement suit involving patents related to cordless telephone technologies.
