Nathan Cunningham is an associate in Steptoe's Washington office where he advises clients in anti-dumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) trade litigation proceedings.  He has represented clients across a range of industries, including the chemical, steel, paper, agricultural, and mining sectors.  His experience includes AD/CVD proceedings before the Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission, including original investigations, administrative reviews, sunset reviews, and Section 129 determinations.

Mr. Cunningham also has experience counseling clients on AD/CVD proceedings, World Trade Organization dispute resolution, export controls, economic sanctions, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) matters.  During law school, Mr. Cunningham completed an internship in the Office of the General Counsel of the United States Trade Representative (USTR), competed on the WTO Moot Court Team, was a Dean’s Fellow for international trade law professor Padideh Ala’i, and served as President of the International Trade and Investment Law Society.
