Overview
Paul Casas is a highly experienced trade analyst, advisor, and programmer. He has handled numerous antidumping reviews and investigations before both the US International Trade Commission (ITC) and the US Department of Commerce (DOC). He is fluent in SAS, SQL, Visual Basic, and SAP data extraction and management, and works directly with client accounting teams and local counsel to prepare submissions to the ITC and DOC. Paul has equally participated in dozens of on-site verifications. His work has included advising clients in several countries, including numerous clients in Asia, Europe, and the United States, and across a wide variety of industries, including steel, agricultural, and manufacturing products.
Before working in international trade, Paul was a Cost Analyst in support of the US Department of Defense's wheeled and tracked vehicle acquisitions program.
