Ryann M. Muir is an experienced attorney who represents plaintiffs and defendants in high profile patent infringement cases involving pharmaceutical products, molecular diagnostics, biochemical research tools, and chemical manufacturing processes.

Dr. Muir’s practice focuses particularly on biosimilar (BPCIA), Hatch-Waxman (ANDA), and other patent litigation on behalf of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, as well as opinions of counsel, due diligence, pre-suit investigations, and USPTO post-grant proceedings, including inter partes reviews (IPRs). She has represented major pharmaceutical companies in matters involving some of the world’s most successful drug products and drug delivery systems.

Dr. Muir has a broad science background, including completing graduate work in the areas of genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, and biotechnology, which support her counsel on a variety of patent matters in the chemical and biological arenas.
