Steptoe’s Michael Navarre and Michael Mutek co-authored an article titled "Final Trafficking In Persons Rule Creates New Compliance Component For U.S. Government Contractors" featured in The Government Contractor, Vol. 57, No. 11, published on March 18.  The article discusses a final rule issued by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council on January 29, which addresses new compliance obligations that US government contractors and subcontractors must address to ensure their supply chains are free of trafficked labor.
