Steptoe is a world-class law firm with an award-winning international reputation for its vigorous representation of clients before governmental agencies; successful advocacy in litigation and arbitration; and creative and practical advice in structuring business transactions. We have been working remotely during the pandemic and, once we have returned to the office, we expect to have a flexible "hybrid" approach which will combine working in the office with remote working.
Steptoe is highly inclusive - the majority of senior level leaders of our professional services teams are members of traditionally under-represented groups.
