Overview
Event Details
California leads the nation in chemical regulation of consumer products. There have been additions to the list of chemicals covered by Prop 65, regulation of acrylamide in food has re-started, and new laws have taken, or will take, effect regarding packaging, cookware, textiles and cosmetics. That is in addition to a myriad of existing complex laws affecting consumer products and food. It can be hard to keep up and ensure compliance. Compounding the challenge is that other states are now increasingly regulating consumer products and food.
Please join Dennis Raglin, co-chair of Steptoe's Proposition 65 group, on Wednesday, June 21 for a complimentary webinar on the current landscape of chemical regulation of consumer products, key trends, and likely further regulation.
