Andrew Sloniewsky is of counsel in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP.  Mr. Sloniewsky has extensive experience in handling a broad variety of complex commercial disputes in both federal and state courts.  His practice has focused principally on the areas of insurance coverage for environmental losses, building construction disputes and disputes arising from alleged breaches of fiduciary duties in the corporate and partnership contexts.
