Simon focuses primarily on acquisition and disposal of investment & development properties, development projects, corporate transaction support matters and Landlord & Tenant estate management. Simon has acted for major institutional pension funds and investment arms, private and large scale developers, micro-business & large scale tenants and has looked after the UK property interests of multi-national organisations.
